Cylindrical roller bearings mostly consist of the cage, the rollers and guided by two capped edges on a ring. It can be classified into single row bearings such as NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF etc and other double row bearings such as NNU and NN. Single and double row full complement bearings (without cage) complete the standard assortment for general engineering.

6) Bearings are also available with both lubrication holes and a machined lubrication groove on the outside surface of the outer ring.

DESIGN CLASSIFICATION

1. The roller and raceway are line contact. Great radial load rating capacity and can bear heavy load and impact load.

2. Small frictional factor. Suitable for high-speed. Its limiting speed is nearly the same as deep groove ball bearings

3. Inner ring and outer ring are separable which is favorable for assembly and disassembly.

CAGE CLASSIFICATION

1. EM double assembly machine process copper cage with outer ring or inner ring centered.

2. EM pressed steel cage with rollers centered.

3. EP-nylon cage with rollers centered.
